Plastic water bottles can cause cancer

How to avoid:

Check on the bottom of the bottle there is a triangle sign and there will be a number on it.
If the number is higher than or equal to 5 --> then this bottle is safe to use.

Whatever number under 5 will release the chemical. For most bottle water, the number is 1.

Did you know chemical released by plastic water bottles can cause cancer (It is not the water that affecting you but the chemical releasing from the bottle)

Do not heat food in the microwave using plastic containers or plastic wraps, especially foods that contain fat.
Combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body... Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. The chemical dioxin causes cancer, especially breast cancer. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.
Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this also releases dioxins from the plastic.

CANCER IF DETECTED EARLY IS CURABLE

  2. We all know disposable water bottles are wasteful and bad for the environment, yet their production is growing rapidly everywhere. Just 20 years ago the market for plastic water bottles was practically nonexistent, but today we produce billions of these completely unnecessary products. There can be only one sane response, plastic water bottles must be banned!
