'SixthSense' is a wearable gestural interface gadget that augments the physical world around us with digital information and lets us use natural hand gestures to interact with that information. By using a camera and a tiny projector mounted in a pendant like wearable device, 'SixthSense' sees what you see and visually augments any surfaces or objects we are interacting with. It projects information onto surfaces, walls, and physical objects around us, and lets us interact with the projected information through natural hand gestures, arm movements, or our interaction with the object itself.
The current prototype system costs approximately $350 to build. Mr. Pranav Mistry a MIT Media Lab student from India is the inventor of 'SixthSense'.

About Mr. Pranav Mistry
Mr. Pranav Mistry is currently working as a Research Assistant and PhD candidate at the MIT Media Lab (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). He is working under Ms. Pattie Maes (Director, Fluid Interfaces Group at MIT Media Lab). Before joining MIT Pranav Mistry worked as a UX Researcher with Microsoft. He received his Master in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT and Master of Design from IIT Bombay. He has completed bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering. His is from Palanpur - his hometown - which is situated in northern Gujarat in India.

Drought-hit Farmers Selling their Wives to the Sex Racket
Reports from reliable sources indicate that the poor farmers in the drought-hit villages in Uttar Pradesh (India) have started selling their wives even their young daughters to the Sex Racket to tide over the pathetic poverty prevailing in these villages. There had been many reports about farmers committing suicide as result of crop failure due to severe drought experienced in this region. Now many are resorting to sale of their women to the flesh trade rackets. It has been reported that they are sold from Rs. 50 to 1500 (~USD$ 1 to 31). To legalise this deal they enter into a contract or make documents showing that they are re-married to another person. Some women are resorting to prostitution by their own to earn money to feed their young ones. Drought has affected many northern states in India very badly this year. The rural populations in these states are primarily dependent on agriculture for their sustenance.

Precautions for preventing H1N1 Virus
We need to take certain precautions against H1N1 and also for the seasonal viral fever and flu.
The main precautions are:
To maintain hygiene and wash hands regularly. Use soap in the washrooms as and when required.
To drink plenty of water to flush out toxins from body, if any.
To carry a handkerchief or paper towel so that you can cover your face while sneezing or coughing inside and out side office/factory/public gathering.
To avoid touching eyes, nose, mouth as H1N1 germs can spread this way.
To avoid unnecessary exposure to public gatherings.
To maintain total hygiene in kitchen and by the personnel who handle food stuff.
